Returns & Refund Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

We want you to be confident buying the X-Bolt. If it’s not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees.

30-Day Returns

You may return your X-Bolt within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, free of concrete and jobsite debris, and in its original condition and packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at xboltjig@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please don’t ship a return before contacting us, as returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer need it, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, we cover the cost: we’ll email you a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including your original shipping charges, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged in transit or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you’d rather arrange a direct exchange, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We can’t accept returns of items that have been used on a jobsite, modified, or damaged after delivery, except where the damage is covered under the Damaged or Defective Items section above.

Volume and Fleet Orders

This policy applies to volume orders as well. If you’re returning multiple units, email us first and we’ll coordinate the shipment.
